Meet the Team

Kerry joined Monkton under-fives as Manager in November 2018 bringing with her a wealth of experience and expertise. Kerry has a degree in Education Studies making her level 6 qualified and she has been working with children In Early years settings for a total of 23 years, 19 of those years have been in a senior position. Kerry has a passion and dedication to supporting children and their families and she is keen to establish strong bonds and good parent partnership with all whom attend the setting. Kerry is also the designated safeguarding lead for the setting. Kerry holds a current paediatric first aid certificate and is level 2 qualified in food hygiene and health and safety. 

Becky started working with us here at Monkton Under Fives in September 2021. Becky is level 3 qualified as she has competed both her NVQ levels 2 and 3 in childcare. Becky works with us for two full days each week and she has key children whom she focuses on during these times. Becky has been working in early years settings for 10 years since leaving school and is a valued member of the staff team.

Jackie joined the team at Monkton Under fives as a bank childcare practitioner in October 2020. Jackie is level 3 qualified in childcare and education and has many years’ experience of working within early years, including managing her own setting. Jackie has since become a permanent member of staff and as such is now allocated key children. Jackie is a valued member of the staff team. 

Louise started working with us here at Monkton Under Fives in September 2021. Louise has a degree in Early Childhood studies, making her level 6 qualified. Louise works daily to cover staff lunch breaks and she has key children whom she focuses on during these times. Louise has been working in early years settings for 20 years and is a valued member of the staff team.
