Meet the Team

Becky started working with us here at Monkton Under Fives in September 2021. Becky is level 3 qualified as she has competed both her NVQ levels 2 and 3 in childcare. Becky worked three days a week on a permanent basis.  Becky has been working in early years settings for 10 years since leaving school and is a valued member of the staff team. Becky left us in March 2024 to work for another setting, but will continue to cover staff shortages.

and Jackie joined the team at Monkton Under fives as a bank childcare practitioner in October 2020. Jackie is level 3 qualified in childcare and education and has many years’ experience of working within early years, including managing her own setting. She has knowledge and experience in working within  a Charity run setting, and has already had an impact on helping the setting set up a successful committee. Jackie has since become a permanent member of staff, promoted to our Deputy and more recently the New Manager. Jackie has had previous SEN training, is a Paediatric First Aider and holds a Level 2 Food and Hygiene Certificate. She  will be taking on the Health and Safety  Officer Role with in the setting.

Louise started working with us here at Monkton Under Fives in September 2021. Louise has a degree in Early Childhood studies, making her level 6 qualified. Louise works daily as a valuable member of the Team. Louise has been working in early years settings for 20 years and has brought a lot to the setting with her wonderful ideas. Louise is a Paediatric First Aider and has a level 2 Food and Hygiene Certificate.
